Professional enquiries

This notice explains how your information is used when you request a professional evaluation kit, meeting, distribution discussion, product information or scientific documentation through this form.

Who is responsible for your information?

What information and why?

We process the contact and professional details you provide, such as your name, role, business email and phone, company website, country, organisation type, the subject of your request and any message. We use them to review and respond to your professional enquiry, assess its fit and coordinate any next steps. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling professional business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps you request before entering a business relationship. Any optional marketing communication requires a separate choice and can be withdrawn at any time.

Who can access it?

Access is limited to authorised Nouveau Visage personnel reviewing the enquiry and the service providers needed to host this page and route enquiries: Tiiny Host (website hosting), Formspree (request-form routing) and TidyCal (meeting scheduling, which collects the details you enter in its calendar under its own privacy policy). Information is not sold, and documents are not sent to third parties automatically. If an email notification service is used to route an enquiry internally, the relevant information may also be processed by that service provider. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where required, appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, apply.

How long is it kept?

Enquiry records, including the copies received by email and those held by our service providers, are kept for up to 180 days from submission, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Copies may remain temporarily in routine provider backups until those backups are overwritten under the provider’s retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, by contacting contact@nouveau-visage.com or writing to LABORATOIRE NOUVEAU VISAGE, 58 avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

This page does not set its own tracking cookie and does not store submitted personal information in browser local storage; the embedded TidyCal calendar and our form provider may set their own technical cookies. Server records include the wording/version of the choices shown and the time received. Providing a phone number does not give consent to WhatsApp or other marketing.
